I really love the clever use of the Killer Bee codename. And I think I see where you were with this based on Kamen Rider. I wonder if she got the tech from Shadaloo.
I also like the idea, as you said in a previous comment, of the other Dolls being Kamen Riders themselve.
This costume would really fit with the jossed Street Fighter V alt. superhero costumes the characters would've had. (Though they still can become reality if there's enough demand for them.)

They are pretty neat if a bit on the crazy side, but that's one of things I love about the superhero genre!
I can Cammy's role in the superhero costume series as this:
Cammy White was a formerly brainwashed operative of the Dark Shadaloo. When her brainwashing was removed, she hastily left the organization, taking some of their equipment with her. The other operatives, the Dolls, she had freed them from their brainwashing as well. When they met, they decided that together they will rid the world of criminals and masterminds lioke the Dark Shadaloo. With that Cammy became Killer Bee.
