To me it seems like Samus is trying to tell the infant metroid that she's sorry for killing it's mother, and for almost becoming like Ridley, the same monster that did the same thing to Samus's Home planet, K-2L, and is taking responsibility for it's care and well being, even though she epicly FAILS at it in Super Metroid
Still I like the Pic because it shows that she isn't a heartless killing machine(then again she never was)
dude I have to say. your style is really starting to changed. in a good way simple yet catchy with the choice of colors. also the way the picture uses the emotion gotta say man after the last few months seeing you paint faces I can see a lot of changes dude.
